Advocates for National Development and Democracy -ANDD- have called on President Edgar Lungu to accelerate the process of setting up a commission of Inquiry into privatisation.

ANDD President Samuel Banda says the commission of Inquiry will ensure people who were involved are made accountable.

Mr. Banda says the Inquiry will also pave way for appropriate agencies like the Anti-Corruption Commission -ACC- to prosecute the wrong doers.

Mr. Banda was speaking in an interview with ZNBC news in Lusaka.

He said there is a growing anxiety amongst the citizenry demanding for answers on what happened during privatisation.
