Basketball: Fenerbahce to host CSKA Moscow in Istanbul


Fenerbahce Beko will take on Russia’s CSKA Moscow Wednesday in round three of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague.

The game will be held at Istanbul’s Ulker Sports Arena at 1745GMT.

Istanbul side will focus on pushing the winning streak to three games.

They managed to win the first two games, beating Serbia’s Crvena Zvezda mts Belgrade and their city rivals Anadolu Efes.

Fenerbahce are currently at top of the standings.

CSKA Moscow lost to Spain’s Barcelona in the EuroLeague opener and won against Israeli side Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv.

The Russian side are now at 13th place with one win and one defeat.

Olympiacos Piraeus (Greece) vs. AX Armani Exchange Milan (Italy)

Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv (Israel) vs. FC Bayern Munich (Germany)

Real Madrid (Spain) vs. Khimki Moscow Region (Russia)
