EAST PF CHALLENGED TO MOBILISE PARTY

Vice President Inonge Wina has challenged Patriotic Front members in Eastern Province to avoid squabbles and concentrate on mobilizing the party.

Mrs Wina has further urged PF members to embrace everyone who wants to join the party at any level, saying that politics is about numbers.

ZANIS reports Mrs Wina was speaking in Chipata this morning when she addressed PF members.

And the Vice President later paid a courtesy call on Chipangali Traditional leaders in Mugubudu village where she went to check on the storm victims in the area.

She also advised them to reach a consensus on where to establish the newly created Chipangali district administration.

Mrs. Wina reminded them on several developmental activities that government is undertaking in the area.

Chief Chanje, Chieftainess Mukanda and Chief Mushaba are some of the traditional leaders that met with the Vice President.
