First Lady, Esther Lungu says children, born with disabilities, should be given the same opportunity to contribute to national development.

Mrs Lungu has noted that in most cases, children with born with disabilities, are stigmatised in society, though they are useful.

ZANIS reports that Mrs Lungu has said this in Ndola on the Copperbelt, where she is on a working visiting, under the Esther Lungu Foundation Trust.

Mrs Lungu has said she is in the province to continue with her outreach programmes and share her love with everyone.

And Copperbelt Province Permanent Secretary, Bright Nundwe has commended Mrs Lungu for making the burden of government lighter, through her outreach programmes.

Meanwhile, Copperbelt PF Chairperson, Nathan Chanda says the province will not be detracted by the opposition.
