INDENI PETROLEUM RECEIVES ACCREDITATION

Indeni Petroleum Refinery has received an international accreditation, by Southern African Development Community Accreditation Service, qualifying the company to supply petroleum products on the international market.

And Energy Minister Matthew Nkhuwa says the accreditation will spur growth of the energy sector.

Speaking in Ndola at the launch of the accreditation, Mr. Nkhuwa commended management and the Board of Indeni Petroleum Refinery Company for its continued innovation.

And Copperbelt Province Minister Japhen Mwakalombe, said Government

remains committed to provide an enabling environment for companies like Indeni that have over the years contributed to the country’s Gross Domestic Product and employment.

And Indeni Managing Director, David Lungu said the company will continue providing products and services that meet international standards.
