The Road Transport and Safety Agency -RTSA- has collected 17 million Kwacha under the Government Service Bus, an online payment platform.

RTSA Director and Chief Executive Officer GLADWELL BANDA says the programme is with support from the Ministry of Finance and Smart Zambia.

Mr. BANDA has disclosed that the Agency has recorded 25 thousand new users from the time the online payment platform was initiated in May 2020.

He adds that the increase in revenue collection and new users can be attributed to the country’s publicity, sensitisation and registration exercise of motorists.
